Over 50 years ago, a love story began between a Swiss student and a French student who met at a wedding, exchanged letters, and fell in love – in a time when words on paper still held a special magic. Geographical and cultural distance eventually ended their relationship. An amour fou.
“Je Ne Peux Pas T’Oublier” by LUNA & The Gents tells this story with deep emotion. After first appearing on the EP «Second Life (Part I)», the long version is now released as a standalone single – a response to the particularly strong feedback from listeners.
About the band
LUNA & The Gents is a virtual music project from Switzerland, creating its signature Swingin’ Vintage Pop exclusively for the digital world. All original songs are recorded live in the studio with real musicians, real instruments and classic studio techniques – combining the sound of yesterday with the energy of today.
